Global IT Support Specialist
Job summary
A leading technology company in São Paulo is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide tier 1-2 support. You will assist with installation and maintenance of devices, troubleshoot network issues, and contribute to documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with Windows systems and a strong understanding of network elements. This position is full-time and on-site, offering a dynamic work environment without remote options.

- Provide tier 1-2 support for end users.
- Work with service desk ticketing system.
- Track and manage IT assets inventory.

- Track and Keep IT assets inventory up-to-date.
- Be responsible for installation administration maintenance and troubleshooting of windows / mac and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Contribute to corporate IT wiki portal
- Work in scheduled shifts Weekends
- Have excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and at least 2-3 years experience
- Understand Windows based client environments (Active Directory GPOs SCCM / MDT installations Windows update etc.)
- Know in practice what is Computer Hardware and Maintenance
- Understand TCP / IP Network elements and services Wireless and VPN environments
- Contribute to Documentation KB manuals monitoring
- Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and JAMF management
- Knowledge and experience in cloud solutions (Office365 Azure)
