Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier architectural guidance and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Big Data Services, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our main goal is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics.
We engage with customers and partners globally, building trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to enhance product offerings and share our insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively recognize customer requirements, uncover unaddressed needs, and develop potential solutions across various customer groups.
- Review and support big data infrastructures, including reviewing existing designs for big data architectures that align with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare for complex product or solution-related inquiries or challenges from customers.
- Promote understanding of customer complexities and the value propositions of various programs (e.g., speaking at events, team meetings, product reviews) to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Career Level - IC4
Primary Skills:
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Big Data Service (BDS), and Big Data Appliance (BDA).
- Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages like Python and Java.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient complex data architectures.
- Experience in managing and optimizing large-scale databases.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts for designing data transmission networks, configuring network settings, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with big data technologies and trends.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms.
- Certification in Big Data or related fields.
