We are searching for a Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for showcasing, teaching, and guiding new customers how to properly set up and configure AI agents using the platform. This role does not focus on building every agent on behalf of the client, but instead ensures customers understand best practices, configurations, and workflows so they can successfully create and manage their own AI agents.
Acting as a key bridge between Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success, this role owns the onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff, ensuring customers leave onboarding confident, informed, and aligned with platform standards. In collaboration with the Customer Success Department, the Solutions Architect is responsible for the success of SalesCloser.ai.
