Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our remote workforce as Work From Home Chat Moderators. As a Chat Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe, respectful, and engaging online communities by monitoring conversations, enforcing platform guidelines, and ensuring a positive user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines

• Review and moderate user-generated content in real time

• Remove inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating messages promptly

• Warn, mute, or block users when necessary in accordance with moderation protocols

• Respond to user inquiries professionally and courteously via chat

• Escalate complex issues or violations to senior moderation or support teams

• Maintain accurate moderation logs and reports

• Uphold confidentiality and data privacy standards at all times

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and user engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills
