Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows / Azure Architect to lead large-scale Azure infrastructure and migration initiatives. The role involves cloud solutioning, Azure landing zone design, on-prem to Azure migrations, governance, and technical leadership across complex enterprise environments.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities

• Lead Azure Infra assessments using Azure Migrate for large, complex environments
• Drive Azure IaaS/PaaS solutioning and end-to-end migration strategies
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones aligned with business and security requirements
• Provide Azure Target Architecture, including HLD, LLD, and architecture diagrams
• Define BoM, pricing inputs, licensing considerations, TCO & ROI
• Migrate on-prem workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting of Azure & Windows environments (CPU, memory, IO, networking, clusters)
• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS
• Strong experience in Windows Clustering, Server Consolidation, File & Print Services
• Hands‑on experience with backup, restore, OS & data recovery, DFS
• Upgrade and migrate Windows Servers to newer versions
• Experience across regulated domains like Banking, Healthcare, Insurance
• Govern and technically guide Infra teams (5+ members)

Secondary Skills

• Design Infrastructure, DR/BC, Identity, Governance, and Monitoring solutions
• Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and project managers
• Identify risks early and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Participate in post-project reviews and knowledge harvesting
