Web Optimization & SEO Specialist Technical Website Support

Location: Remote (Philippines Brazil or Mexico)

Rate: $68 / hr

What You’ll Own

We’re hiring a technical web and SEO specialist to build, optimize and maintain high‑performing websites. You’ll run SEO audits, fix performance issues and launch new websites that drive visibility and conversions. Over time you’ll also support ongoing client SEO work and technical app performance.

A. Primary Functions

• Conduct full technical SEO audits.
• Implement bug fixes and crawl error resolutions.
• Optimize for site speed, mobile, and accessibility.
• Build / launch agency website with dynamic SEO templates.
• Collaborate with content / marketing teams for aligned optimization.

B. Systems Ownership

• WordPress
• Google Search Console
• GTMetrix / PageSpeed Insights
• Schema / SEO tools

C. Measurable Deliverables

• Completed SEO audits with fixes implemented.
• Live CFA agency website with SEO structures.
• Monthly SEO performance reports.

D. Support Task Delegation

• Basic QA and bug documentation to junior staff.
• Data entry for SEO tracking.
