A growing IT-Engineering services company in Brazil is seeking a skilled Voice Engineer (CUCM) for remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager and proficiency in voicemail systems and emergency response configuration. Responsibilities also include supporting contact center environments. Excellent communication skills are a must. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with international clients and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) (versions 4–14).
• Proficiency with Cisco Unity / Unity Connection voicemail systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco Emergency Response Server (CER) configuration.
• Ability to support Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) environments.
• Skilled with Cisco Unified Presence and Jabber deployments.
