Hiring : Virtual Assistant to the CEO (Remote)

I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help me stay ahead of a fast-moving schedule across multiple ventures in technology, recruiting, and real estate.

This is not a typical VA role—you’ll be working directly with me on high-impact projects, recruiting initiatives, and executive operations. If you thrive on organization, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoy making things run smoothly, I’d love to connect.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to partner with the CEO of several fast-growing ventures. You’ll keep priorities on track, projects moving, and operations running with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and priorities.
  • Support recruiting initiatives: candidate coordination, communication, and tracking.
  • Keep projects organized across multiple businesses (consulting, real estate, management).
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and provide concise, actionable briefs.
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and contractors on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize digital files, invoices, and project trackers.
  • Anticipate needs and offer solutions before problems escalate.

What You Bring

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Portuguese / Spanish a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello / Jira, Zoom, Xero, etc.).
  • Experience supporting executives or founders preferred.
  • Recruiting or HR coordination experience highly desirable.
