What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist the Vendor Management Officer with the maintenance and process improvement of the Vendor Management Program
  • Facilitate the annual vendor due diligence risk assessment process for existing vendors
  • Track contract renewal timelines and follow up with Vendor Owners to ensure timely execution
  • Analyze current processes and recommend revisions for efficiency improvements and risk mitigation
  • Act as the primary administrator for the Bank’s vendor documents system, ensuring compliance with due diligence standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computers
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data for recommendations
