We are looking for a passionate sales representative to join our sales team. You should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. You must be a proactive and self-motivated professional, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and must have good communication skills.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Focus and achieving sales goals and developing sales strategies;
  • Working with leads; Meeting or exceeding sales goals;
  • Participating in sales team meetings; Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to a range of prospective clients;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, negotiating with them on the phone, by email, and in person;
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals;
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Participating in sales team meetings, and Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or giving ideas to promote products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Handling customer questions and inquires; about the company, products, services, the market, and about credit terms, products, prices, and contracts;
  • Ready to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines;
  • High school diploma;
  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field is a plus;
  • Experience in sales; Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communicator;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook;
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
  • Knowledge of CRM, and sales software programs;
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluent Portuguese,
  • Advanced English, Fluency is a Plus
