Are you a dedicated, resourceful team player with strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates passion for UX design with skills ranging from Wordpress Elementor sites & landing pages to ad sets to ad video shorts to mobile app design? Do you have experience working with numerous different design platforms especially in digital form, especially Adobe Creative Suite? Have you made eye-catching animated digital ads? Have you made social media video ads with AI characters like HeyGen and searched for stock video and audio footage based on the sales scripts?

Portfolio of web and digital ad design REQUIRED to be considered for the position.

Life Water Media specializes in digital branding and awareness campaigns for publicly traded companies and other large scale projects. We started in 2019.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple graphic projects from start to finish, adhering to set deadlines set by Creative Director.
• Create UX landing pages on Wordpress with Elementor with provided copy and details set by Creative Director.
• Create eye-catching display ads with animation on creatopy.com that stimulate visitors from Facebook, Google, etc.
• Create multiple variations of compelling, memorable logos, custom web graphics, web page designs, and digital media ads that reflect critical thinking and design excellence.
• Stylize the copy provided from our writers into a custom Wordpress page so that it's aesthetically pleasing, professional, unique.
• Review success of ads and suggest updates and new ads styles.
• Create Web design layouts, company presentations, brochure, investor decks, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong knowledge of UX design for websites, native and social apps.
• Open to using additional apps such as midjourney.com (unique ai images), creatopy.com (for automated ad sizing), (additional landing page platform, similar to Elementor), capcut, etc.
• Able to make TikTok and Youtube ad video shorts based on sales scripts with stock video and audio.
• Able to make mobile app designs on Figma.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• HTML / CSS design.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Self Starter who can be self-taught and work without much direction.
• Works well in collaboration with a team and independently.

Must have excellent grammar skills.

Compensation

• Salary: based on your experience level.
• Bonuses: Performance and team share bonuses.

Requirements Before Employment

• Short paid test project showcasing landing page, video and digital ads to assess work quality with our spec.
• Signed Independent Contractor Agreement and w8-Ben (USA tax form for International).
