The Opportunity: Design the Future of Sales

As an UX/UI Designer, and as a member of the Service Delivery team in the CMT vertical at Cognizant, you will collaborate closely with a major cloud service provider. Functioning as an extension of their sales enablement team, you will concentrate on developing videos and non-functional demos for their end customers. In partnership with your Pod Lead, design experts, and client sales teams, you will create impactful demo videos tailored to each end customer, for inclusion in pitches and proposal responses. You will exhibit a strong sense of dedication and responsibility in ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with established quality standards.

You will join a high-performance pre‑sales team responsible for supporting our most strategic conversations. Your mission is to translate complex technical concepts (like Generative and Agentic AI) into intuitive, human‑centric visual stories that win hearts and minds.

What You Will Do

• Visual Storytelling & Mockups: Use tools like Figma to design intuitive, high‑fidelity UI mockups that bring client briefs to life. You will visualize how a specific industry (e.g., Retail, Finance) interacts with the cloud provider technology.
• GenAI Experience Design: Craft realistic “Chat Scripts” and user flows that demonstrate the power of Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will define how a human interacts with an AI agent to solve business problems.
• Interactive Demos: Build pitch videos and click‑through prototypes that serve as the centerpiece for our sales narratives.
• Strategic Research: Conduct deep‑dive research into diverse industries (Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, etc.) to understand user journeys and pain points, ensuring our designs solve real problems.
• Narrative Synthesis: Consolidate your research into persuasive sales decks and assets that tell a clear business story.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales reps and engineers to translate abstract requirements into dynamic, insightful interfaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Language: English Level C1 (Advanced/Fluent) is non‑negotiable. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly in English.
• Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills. You can explain the “why” behind your design choices.
• Organization: Excellent planning and organizing skills. You can handle multiple learning tracks and project deadlines simultaneously.
• The “Eye”: A natural aptitude for aesthetics, layout, and visual hierarchy (even if your portfolio is currently small).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Figma Fluency: Experience designing interfaces, wireframes, or prototypes in Figma.
• Pre‑Sales/Business Acumen: Background or strong interest in enterprise sales, solutions consulting, or business strategy.
• GenAI Curiosity: Familiarity with how LLMs work or experience creating customer journeys based on AI use cases.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working in cross‑functional teams (e.g., developers, marketing, product).
