  • Strong raw data analysis and data driven.

  • Lead Zubaleros acquisition strategy both online and offline.
  • Create new Zubaleros forecast by business unit.
  • Reduce Zubaleros CAC.
  • Increase Zubaleros LTV by reducing churn.
  • Establish policies for acquisition and retention.
  • Improve communication campaigns to increase interest on the platform.
  • Automatize acquisition funnel and integrate with platforms.
  • Manage CRM and cohorts for personalized approach.
  • Improve Member Get Member Program.

What You Will Do
  • Lead Zubaleros (Independent workers) acquisition strategy both online and offline
  • Create new Zubaleros forecast by business unit and aligned with different stakeholders
  • Reduce Zubaleros CAC
  • Increase Zubaleros LTV by reducing churn and increasing engagement
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures pertaining to all aspects of acquisition and retention
  • Support ad hoc projects requested by other teams from time to time
  • Create & improve communication campaigns and strategies to increase the number of people interested to join the platform
  • Automatize our acquisition funnel and integrate with platforms to create a good journey to Zubaleros
  • Build and Manage our CRM and cohorts to create personalize approach with our Zubaleros
  • Improve our Member Get Member Program
What You Will Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in operations in a very fast paced environments
  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition in gig workers platforms
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams
  • Strong raw data analysis and data driven (cohorts analysis, churn analysis, etc)
  • Must work well in cross-functional teams and demonstrate behavior conducive to promoting strong teamwork
  • Bias to action - looking for good enough vs perfect solutions to problem
  • Advanced English is required
