A technology solutions provider is seeking a UAT Test Lead to manage user acceptance testing for large-scale initiatives. The role involves UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting while ensuring compliance with testing standards. Candidates must have proven experience in UAT, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. It's a 100% remote position open to Brazil-based applicants only, offering the opportunity to lead testing efforts effectively.

Overview

Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for large-scale initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
• Develop and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Manage defects, triage, retesting, and resolution
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements clearly
• Ensure compliance with testing governance and documentation standards

Required Experience

• Proven UAT Test Lead experience on complex programs
• Strong UAT methodology and test management tool knowledge (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAP exposure, especially Supply Chain–related modules
• Supply Chain domain knowledge
• Consumer goods or manufacturing industry experience
