  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
