We are looking for a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our UX team. If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• UX Research: Conduct research using techniques such as desk research, user and stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, surveys, persona creation, user journeys, empathy maps, user flows, sitemaps, and more.
• Perform tests such as user testing, shadowing, field research, tree testing, and A/B testing to generate valuable insights during project discovery.
• UI Design: Develop low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototypes, creating visually appealing and functional interfaces aligned with user and project needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in UX and UI projects.
• Intermediate English for conversation is required.
• Spanish is considered a plus.

Skills

• Strong experience in UX Research and UI Design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, and others.
• Strategic thinking, context awareness, and ability to adapt solutions to project needs.
