Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Specialized Operations & Administration
  • Oversee the administration of transport systems and tools, ensuring effective integration, issue resolution, and accurate data management.
  • Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules and end-to-end transport capacity, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
  • Administer transport contracts, ensuring validity, preparing agreements, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with legal and commercial teams.
  • Support assigned commercial activities, contributing with operational reviews and local expertise to align operations with strategic priorities.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and to optimize service‑levels and processes efficiency.
Process & Workflow Optimization
  • Lead and support transport projects, implementing solutions, enhancing workflows, and addressing operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their successful implementation.
Performance Analysis & Decision Support
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and service quality.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment with regional objectives.
