As a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues and closely collaborate with backend development teams.
Your main focus will be expert-level troubleshooting, with additional opportunities to engage in backend tasks related to Java, Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and blockchain technologies.
