What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for Bioscience and Performance Products in the designated territory
- Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Agronomy, and Crop Nutrition Leads to establish consistent agronomic positioning for products
- Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, including developing promotional materials and campaigns
- Mentor new employees and provide leadership during team meetings and special projects
- Analyze competing products and manage customer data transfer back to the sales team and other functional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
- Strong background in proprietary products or technology-driven markets, with a solid understanding of agronomy
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to develop trust through effective communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a changing business environment

- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
