What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for Bioscience and Performance Products in the designated territory
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Agronomy, and Crop Nutrition Leads to establish consistent agronomic positioning for products
  • Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, including developing promotional materials and campaigns
  • Mentor new employees and provide leadership during team meetings and special projects
  • Analyze competing products and manage customer data transfer back to the sales team and other functional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong background in proprietary products or technology-driven markets, with a solid understanding of agronomy
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to develop trust through effective communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a changing business environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
