Who you'll work for

Revilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI- SaaS hiring space. They partner directly with early-stage, high-growth tech companies that are building cutting-edge teams from scratch.

What you’ll do
  • Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers )
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .
  • Use best-in‑class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
