Overview

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Brazil (Remote) • Employment Type: Contract / Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains. This is a fully remote position, where you will collaborate with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
