Our client is building systems that power real payments, at scale, for people and businesses around the world. We’re helping them hire a Technical Lead who is not just a strong coder, but also an architect, mentor, and builder, someone who wants their work to truly matter.
You won’t be buried under bureaucracy here. You’ll be hands‑on, sitting alongside other engineers, product thinkers, and compliance experts in São Paulo, solving complex problems with clean code, sharp design, and the kind of teamwork that only happens in person.
Design and scale Java microservices that process payments, settlements, and reconciliations in real time. Integrate with global and local banking APIs — from SWIFT and SEPA to regional payment systems. Build reliability in with event‑driven design (Kafka), transaction integrity, and fault‑tolerant services. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Dev Ops, Product, and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant systems.
Shape the technical direction through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentorship.
