Employment Type: Temporary Contract min 12 months.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Development Manager to join our client's team in the tech industry. In this role, you will contribute to technical development coordination, consulting, and ensuring harmonized software development processes. You will also drive consistent system-specific guidelines and collaborate closely with IT Development Leads.

Responsibilities

• Technical development coordination and consulting regarding the respective software and system development and deployment landscape.
• Secures harmonized software development processes and tools and ensures the appropriate usage within the respective development environment.
• Reviews and verifies compliance with central and derived system-specific development guidelines and conventions.
• Consults the solution and product team regarding technical software development topics.
• Trains & coaches software developers regarding software development guidelines.
• Creates prerequisites and sets up environment for regular quality checks.
• Provides technical coordination within software upgrades projects.
• Collaborates closely with the IT Development Lead and Operational Lead of the solution or product team.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of ABAP Coding Experience.
• Experience in R3 & S4HANA.
• Worked in SAP Solution Manager for release of transport.
• Experience in Architecture design.
• Experience in both application development and technical upgrade projects.
• Broad technical background, code quality management, and programming skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Agile working, scrum / agile framework.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
