Responsibilities

As an EBANX Technical Account Manager Specialist your responsibilities will include :

  • Strategic Partnership : Act as a consultant for key merchants, driving long-term growth and high-level technical alignment;
  • Systemic Resolution : Lead cross-functional task forces to solve structural issues and prevent recurring obstacles;
  • Executive Insights : Present strategic performance narratives to C-level stakeholders, moving beyond basic issue resolution;
  • Product Stewardship : Influence the global product roadmap by translating complex merchant needs into scalable features;
  • Performance Orchestration : Design and oversee KPI frameworks (Approval, Chargeback) to optimize the entire payment ecosystem;

Operational Leadership : Drive integration between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a unified global service strategy.

Qualifications

  • Storytelling & Tooling : Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills to build persuasive, data-backed narratives;
  • Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent / Advanced English for seamless global interaction and negotiation;
  • Technical Translation : Ability to bridge the gap between complex API / technical infrastructure and business value.
