Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, collaborating closely with the Customer Support Manager to manage technical impacts
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery by working closely with Global Technology Services teams
  • Manage IT relationships and concerns for clients, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Develop technology solution knowledge within client organizations and ensure high service levels
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to address security policies and client needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in technical SaaS implementations within a large, complex information systems environment
  • Project experience with environments containing cardholder data, data privacy, and personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Project Management certification
  • Experience across the entire technology stack, including server, database, network, and storage
  • Self-directed with the ability to deliver independent work and elevate issues appropriately
  • Experience with the end-to-end software development project lifecycle
  • Strong ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders
