What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery of sprints and releases
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the team delivers scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering deployment automation systems spanning multiple technical areas
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubespray
• Strong understanding of DevOps processes and procedures and Agile Development methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in the AWS GovCloud environment
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JS frameworks such as React
• Experience serving as a technical security DevOps engineer on large‑scale projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments, meeting deadlines, and applying lean development principles
