As the JAVA Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of our Java-based gaming platform. Backend Tech Lead (Java, SpringBoot)

• Advanced knowledge in:

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Reactive and Functional Programming
• Experience with: OpenShift, GitHub Workflows, CI/CD, REST APIs, Unit Testing
• S3, XML/XSD
• Security and Quality Gates (SAST, DAST)
• API-first design, integration flows, and resilience patterns.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and banking message standards (MX, MT).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong soft skills: leadership, communication, accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of tools such as: Ansible Tower, Grafana, Prometheus, Sonar, Keycloak, APIConnect.
• Experience with transactional banking systems and cash flow solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and high-performance API development.
