Job Summary

We are looking for an Apprentice to support the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Selection) team with administrative and operational activities, with a strong focus on coordinating and managing interview scheduling. This role is essential to ensuring an excellent candidate experience, supporting recruiters, and keeping recruitment processes organized and efficient.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in starting a career in Human Resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Communicate with candidates via email and other channels to confirm availability and interview details
  • Support recruitment and selection processes with administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, controls, and Recruitment & Selection systems
  • Support job postings and organization of recruitment-related documents
  • Ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide general support to the HR team's daily activities
Requirements
