What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
  • Proven ability to hire for GTM and corporate roles from entry-level to senior manager positions
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in GTM or sales recruiting in a fast-paced or hyper-growth software or technology environment
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data
  • Experience understanding corporate and sales compensation structures, including base, variable, and equity
  • Consultative approach with the ability to handle high volumes of requisitions
  • Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders
