Team Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our recruiting team in finding and attracting great talent to build strong teams across the organization. You’ll help with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career in recruitment and learn about talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates for different roles and teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the process.
  • Help prepare reports and use data to track progress.
  • Partner with other HR teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Contribute to projects that make our recruiting culture stronger.
Role Qualifications
  • A least 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related areas (internships count!).
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in recruiting and building a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Clear communication and willingness to learn.
  • Advanced English (advanced is a plus).
