Overview

Transform the movement of millions of packages across Brazil by leading our transportation network strategy and operations. In this role, you will oversee a complex ecosystem of 190,000 assets responsible for carrying packages and supporting FC and transportation teams across 220 locations, combining strategic planning with operational excellence.

You will lead critical initiatives that directly impact productivity and delivery to our customers while optimizing our asset management infrastructure. This position offers unique challenges in balancing strategic network design with daily operational execution, requiring innovative thinking to solve complex puzzles.

Qualifications
  • Advanced English communication

  • Program or project management experience
  • Supply chain experience and data‑driven decision making
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Post‑graduate studies (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and optimization of network assets (totes and shuttles)
  • Development and implementation of peak season capacity plans
  • Management of reverse logistics flow and asset recovery systems
  • Creation and monitoring of asset utilization metrics and KPIs
  • Oversight of operational budgets and cost optimization initiatives
  • Partnership with FC, Transportation, and Last Mile teams
  • Collaboration with S&OP for demand planning and Procurement for asset strategy
  • Implementation of new control systems and process improvements
  • Management of carrier contracts and performance
A Day in the Life

Operational Management:

  • Monitor and coordinate asset movements across 220 locations
  • Daily review of asset utilization reports and KPIs
  • Direct coordination with NOC team for network adjustments
  • Real‑time problem solving with FC and Last Mile teams

Weekly Activities:

  • Develop and update route planning
  • Work with Config team on system updates
  • Conduct FC site visits for process verification
  • Lead operational review meetings

Regular Field Work:

  • On‑site FC visits for process assessment
  • Monitor asset handling procedures
  • Evaluate peak preparation
  • Meet with local teams

Strategic Tasks:

  • Update capacity planning
  • Review asset allocation
  • Analyze network performance
  • Prepare leadership reports
