Qualificações

• 5-7 anos de experiência em análise de negócios, preferencialmente em um ambiente focado em dados.
• Experiência com plataformas de nuvem e armazéns de dados.
• Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócios em requisitos claros de dados.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar com stakeholders para analisar requisitos para soluções analíticas.
• Manter dashboards e relatórios com ferramentas como Power BI e Tableau.
• Monitorar KPIs e métricas de desempenho para avaliar o sucesso das iniciativas analíticas.

Supply Chain Business Analyst - MUST have previous supply chain BA experience.

This position MUST be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil - but can be fully remote work.

Not interested in candidates from onshore

Agile / Scrum experience is nice to have – waterfall can be used.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in translating business needs into data-driven solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing decision-making through actionable insights.

Reviewing existing solutions, application rationalization efforts. HANA data link going away and going to snowflake. Assessing what is there today, any gaps in the data tomorrow, building and repointing solutions.

Data modeling experience – not creating it but analytics projects, Azure or Snowflake experiences. SQL day to day,

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a data or analytics-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a must.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related credentials.
