    SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER SR

    Job description:

    • Perform Quality Audits on suppliers,
    • Perform Process Audits on suppliers,
    • Follow-up / Execute technical audits on suppliers,
    • Perform training with suppliers,
    • Develop, perform and control containment, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive solutions and verification of effectiveness for quality problems of materials/equipment coming from suppliers
    • Perform and follow-up on safety, health and environmental checks at suppliers,
    • Develop inspection processes at suppliers
    • Develop, monitor and act on the continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Delivery and Cost performance of suppliers
    • Specify improvement processes/tools for suppliers.
    • Implement process improvements,
    • Location: EcoSapucaí, Cidade Nova - RJ

    You are meant for this job if:

    • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials/Production)
    • Advanced English
    • Advanced knowledge in Welding; Dimensional; NDT; Machining and Boilermaking (Manufacturing)
    • Manufacturing experience (factory experience)
    • Experience in the Oil & Gas segment.
    • Advanced knowledge in Quality tools (PDCA, etc.) and Lean philosophy desirable.
    • Hybrid or within TechnipFMC supplier facilities as needed.
