Make a Difference: Your Responsibilities
You'll partner with the business to understand priority needs and support niche role hiring.
Implement exciting talent acquisition solutions in social/digital, talent pipelining, university relations, early career, and diversity.
Deliver exceptional recruitment, sourcing, and administration services for all vacancies.
Collaborate with teams to establish a best-in-class talent acquisition function.
You'll provide behavioral-based interviewing training for client groups, enhancing their capabilities.
Influence leaders on hiring decisions and ensure consistency in talent acquisition processes.
Understand local market trends and leverage external data to influence talent decisions effectively.
Engage in talent fairs with the business to proudly represent our company externally.
What You Bring: Your Qualifications
Required
You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
You bring solid experience in a large matrixed environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
A deep understanding of direct sourcing methodologies, end-to-end recruitment processes, and competency-based interviewing skills.
Strong ability to work effectively within HR, partnering with Center of Expertise and HR Operations for holistic talent acquisition.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
Proficiency in systems and databases, along with the ability to produce impactful analytics for business proposals.
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with university relations strategy to attract future talent and delivering behavioral-based interviewing training.
