We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Sr R&D Tech Product Analyst to join our team.

This exciting role is pivotal in providing innovative technical solutions to drive transformational change and deliver substantial business value within the R&D sector.

As a critical member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top-tier professionals, using your expertise to influence product design, enhance user experiences, and lead vendor management efforts.

With a focus on GxP compliant processes and employing tools such as JIRA, you will ensure the highest standards of product development and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a profound understanding of R&D requirements and translate these into impactful product designs.
• Collaborate with business technology leaders, internal / external technology partners, and R&D teams to deliver innovative product solutions globally.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, leveraging both new and existing metrics to implement actionable insights.
• Foster creativity by integrating existing technologies to address business challenges, advocating for low-code or no-code solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain and demonstrate a deep understanding of technical solutions such as APIs, microservices, and intelligent automation to fulfill business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure delivery of technology solutions that exceed expectations.
• Provide customer-facing communications, demonstrate product value, and manage product budgets effectively to senior stakeholders within the Technology and R&D organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of related business experience.
• Strong ability to interpret partner feedback, make informed decisions, and manage medium to high complexity projects with management guidance.
• Proficient in effort estimation for project objectives and adept at prioritization of tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas in a user-friendly and business-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated IT background with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Experience in an Agile work environment, leveraging SDLC methodologies, and understanding of risk management, including security.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with R&D, Clinical Operations, Study Management, and Data Management systems.
• Familiarity with FDA processes.
• Knowledge of GxP validation and compliance practices.
• Understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process).
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as AgileCraft, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, Trello.
• Strong product / project management skills with exceptional organizational ability.
