Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large‑scale enterprise‑wide programs and projects
  • Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution, ensuring adherence to project management standards
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level updates and project status reports
  • Collaborate with functional teams to assess program risks and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Conduct risk assessments and serve as the first escalation point for project issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10 to 12+ years of related experience in program/project management
  • Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with senior executives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Agile certification(s)
  • Experience in creating strategic roadmaps for program delivery
  • Strong analytical skills to provide strategic insights and inform decision‑making
