About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions to help grow and optimize our browser products. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing user behavior, evaluating feature performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality data insights. This role is best suited for a confident self-starter and requires a blend of creative vision, technical know-how, strong communication / presentation skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis, Insights, & Skills Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL to understand product performance, user behavior, and business trends
- Proficient at using / analyzing excel, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health / performance
- Understands what constitutes “accuracy” for various data sets and can run checks to verify the accuracy of a data set
- Automatically goes the “extra step” on assigned tasks.
- Able to provide actionable recommendations to product managers and leadership teams
- Capable of providing clear and concise write-ups for complex analysis

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA’s, User Acquisition, and Design teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and measure the success of product initiatives
- Understands the differences between team level updates and executive level updates
- Experimentation & Optimization Support A / B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
- Analyze experiment results and recommend next steps for product improvements
- Agile / Scrum Processes Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to align analytics work with product development priorities
- Deliver insights in iterative cycles that align with Agile methodologies
- Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar)
- 5+ years of firsthand experience in management / analysis of data within a Structured Query Language (SQL) database (Preferred : Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Redshift) with proven SQL and query writing skills
- Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on the results using Excel or a statistical software package
- Demonstrated ability to extract and assimilate data from multiple sources and communicate analysis in a concise, easy-to-understand, and actionable format
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and working in iterative development cycles
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
