A leading data and AI company seeks a Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team in driving platform adoption at AI-native customers. Responsibilities include building the team, establishing best practices, and aligning with internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in data and AI, team leadership, and a track record of strategic customer growth. This role offers a competitive salary range of $171,800 – $240,500 USD.
As the manager of the AI Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs who drive the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing AI companies.
You’ll be responsible for leading the team in establishing best practices throughout the full lifecycle of the customers’ workloads. You will help each team member achieve success, productivity, and career growth. Additionally, given the size and growth of this team, this role will soon evolve into a second‑line leadership role.
You will represent Databricks as a technical leader with some of its most important customers, requiring you to also work closely with internal sales, services, product, and engineering teams. You will utilize excellent communication skills to influence large product and engineering decisions based on customer and market evidence.
This role will report to the Director of Solutions Architecture for the Strategic Digital Native Business Unit.
