Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Accounting Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, both local and international (IFRS), and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

Location: São José dos Campos - State of São Paulo, Brazil

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate, timely reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP).
  • Verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and oversee general ledger activities.
  • Support internal and external audits, including documentation and process improvements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and BPC is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
