Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gross Payroll MS Excel and proficiency in Portuguese and English. This hybrid role involves managing payroll processes and translating Brazilian content to English ensuring smooth operations within the Procure to Pay-Payroll domain. The position requires a native Portuguese speaker with strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute gross payroll processes accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze payroll data generate reports and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations to mitigate risks and avoid discrepancies.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and update payroll systems to reflect changes in employee status compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to maintain accuracy and integrity of records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to resolve payroll-related issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Support the HR team in various operational tasks contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on payroll trends and technologies.

Qualifications
