What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead sourcing projects while partnering with internal teams and suppliers to optimize spend
• Collaborate with internal business customers and suppliers on sourcing strategy and execution
• Drive supplier performance initiatives to enhance financial and operational outcomes
• Develop and lead RFx activities to identify sourcing solutions that align with business needs
• Report on progress and manage procurement systems in accordance with standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management
• Strong understanding of procurement practices and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret contract specifications within the procurement process
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strategic Sourcing/Procurement-related industry certification(s)
• Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles and ad hoc financial analysis
• Proficiency in BI reporting and spend analysis
• Experience with purchasing systems and order management software
• Strong presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
