Responsabilidades

• Leverage technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver services.
• Conduct workshops for enterprise customers in Brazil.

Conhecimentos

Fluent / native Portuguese written & oral communication

Design and development experience in major Viva components

Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies

Deep knowledge and experience in Teams Telephony and app development

Experience in customer and stakeholder management
