Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both server-side and client-side components.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality software development.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Intermediate (2-3 years) to Senior (5+ years) level experience in software development.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of server-side components vs. client-side components.
• Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
