Software Engineer II: Verification IP Development

Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated Software Engineer II: Verification IP Development to work with us in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop Verification IP using C/C++.
• Manage multiple VIPs, lead a small team, and interact with customers.
• Apply protocol and formal verification methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in functional verification using SV/UVM and strong debugging skills.
• Strong digital electronics and programming fundamentals.
• Hands‑on knowledge of C/C++/scripting.
• Experience with MIPI is a strong plus.
• Prior VIP usage and development experience.
• Self‑motivated with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
