Marketing at TRACTIAN

Our high-ticket focus requires a strategic and results-driven marketing approach to generate and capture qualified opportunities that translate into measurable revenue impact.

What will you do

You will own the content agenda and distribution plan end to end, making sure every key piece of content reaches the right personas (maintenance, reliability, operations) through the right organic channels. You’ll coordinate topics, formats, and calendars with PMM, Content, and Branding, and you’ll operationalize distribution through social posts, influencer partnerships, community activations, and group engagements. Your goal is simple: consistent brand presence, high-value engagement, and measurable contribution to results.

Responsibilities
  • Own the editorial calendar across all organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, communities, groups), aligning to ICP pain points, ABM themes, and product priorities.
  • Orchestrate content distribution: repurpose hero content into channel‑fit formats (carousels, short videos, posts, threads, snippets) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, associations, and community owners; negotiate placements, co‑created content, and event slots.
  • Operate and moderate company-led and third‑party groups/communities; stimulate meaningful conversations, UGC, and expert participation.
  • Activate executives, SMEs, and customer champions; create posting playbooks, briefs, and ghostwriting support to scale their presence.
  • Use social listening tools to identify timely opportunities, competitor gaps, and emerging trends, feeding actionable insights to Content, PMM, and Sales teams.
  • Define and track organic OKRs: consistent presence, qualified reach by persona, engagement quality, assisted traffic/leads, and influence on SQLs.
  • Maintain governance: brand voice, posting standards, content QA, and risk/brand safety across channels.
Requirements
  • 4+ years managing content calendars and organic distribution in B2B (industrial/engineering/technology preferred).
  • Proven record of building consistent organic presence across social, influencer networks, and professional communities with measurable business impact.
  • Strong editorial judgment and technical storytelling; excellent copywriting for LinkedIn and short‑form video scripts.
  • Experience with social listening and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite) and analytics (GA4, channel analytics).
  • Demonstrated ability to source, brief, and manage influencers/partners; comfort negotiating placements and collaborations.
  • Hands‑on executor who can plan, publish, moderate, and iterate quickly; comfortable repurposing content.
  • Availability for on‑site work in São Paulo/SP.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to analyze the sales funnel and inform creative decisions.
  • Business fluency in pipeline metrics: assisted traffic/leads, SQL influence, channel contribution, multi‑touch attribution.
  • Advanced English skills
