Position Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and highly collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (Snr HRBP) to support our business leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals.

This role will drive key HR initiatives, support leadership development, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR matters;
  • Lead initiatives related to organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience;
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes;
  • Support learning & development strategies and individual development planning;
  • Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to implement HR programs;
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making;
  • Lead change management efforts and support organizational transformations;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus;
  • Proven experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles in mid-to-large organizations;
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills;
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and tools;
  • Advanced / Fluent English (if required by the role).
