A leading company in renewable energy, Invenergy, is seeking a Site Coordinator for their wind power generation facility in João Câmara, Brazil. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and overseeing maintenance activities. Ideal candidates will have a technical background, strong management skills, and experience in wind turbine operations.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
  • Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility.
  • Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in English
Knowledge of WTG O&M contract management
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Formação académica

Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree
Engineering degree
MBA degree in project management or related field

About The Site

Wind power generation facility located in João Camara, Rio Grande do Norte.

Position Overview

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the wind farm.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
  3. Coordinate resource availability with applicable areas.
  4. Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
  5. Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
  6. Work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
  7. Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
  8. Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.
Required Skills
  1. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  2. Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and valid CFT’s License.
  3. Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
  4. Strong knowledge of WTG O&M contract management.
  5. Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.
  6. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

  1. Engineering degree.
  2. MBA degree in project management or related field.
