Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integrations

Formação académica

Certifications in CSA and CIS ITOM

Required Qualifications :

Solid experience in ITOM and ITSM

Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and implementation of solutions

Experience with implementation and support of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management functionalities

Experience in ITSM processes and functionalities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration and Asset Management, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, SLAs, and Reporting and Performance Analytics

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integrations, Platform Upgrades, and Configuration of new functionalities on the platform

• Experience with Business Rules and Scripts;
• Certifications in CSA and CIS ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping);
