Bradford Jacobs has partnered with an award-winning Technology Solution Provider dedicated to protecting and empowering organizations across the central U.S. They deliver innovative, business-aligned solutions in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft, Salesforce, and support services. They are expaniding and looking to add an exprienced SNOW Administrator to the team. WIthing this role you will lead the reporting, analytics, and KPI strategy for the ServiceNow platform—driving data visibility, operational performance insights, and measurable ROI.

What You’ll Do
  • Own ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance across all modules.
  • Define and standardize KPIs, reporting cadence, and data quality frameworks.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools.
  • Deliver executive and operational dashboards providing real-time service and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with business and platform owners to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Measure and communicate platform adoption, automation gains, and productivity improvements.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow releases, AI / Now Assist features, and emerging analytics capabilities.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization).
  • Proven ability to design dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and CMDB relationships.
  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL KPI frameworks (MTTR, SLA, backlog, etc.).
  • Experience with VividCharts, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Exposure to Automation Engine, Flow Designer, or Now Assist analytics.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow CSA, Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Certs, ITIL 4 Foundation.
