About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Social Media Strategist with strong experience in content development, SEO strategy, and social media management, ideally within the crypto or Web3 industry. This role combines data‑driven SEO planning with hands‑on social media execution, requiring someone who understands how content performs across both search engines and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO‑driven content strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, including:
- Keyword discovery and clustering
- Competitor keyword gap analysis
- Identification of growth opportunities
- Create and optimize:
- SEO‑friendly titles
- URL structures
- Internal linking (interlinking) strategies
- Use SEMrush at a professional level for research, audits, tracking, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and map content trends using Google Trends and other industry tools.
- Plan and manage the SEO editorial calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure content meets SEO and brand standards.
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across X (Twitter), TikTok and Instagram.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices, especially for crypto‑related content.
- Create, adapt, and publish content tailored to each platform's format.
- Manage content scheduling and performance using tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools to support content creation, ideation, and optimization.
- Analyze social media performance and continuously optimize for engagement and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and content strategy, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SEMrush and keyword research methodologies.
- Solid understanding of on‑page SEO, interlinking, and content optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international or global audiences.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, platform insights).
- Previous experience in fast‑paced startups or crypto exchanges.
